I only just have surgery on my frontage and I get up up near it more swollen. How can I prevent this?
Don't get obverse surgery .
ICE IT IF U CAN! ice really help w/ swelling.
You can't exactly prevent it. This is your body's way of cushioning the nouns so it doesn't get dilapidated more. For my wisdom teeth I used rime for the first 48 hours and a heat wipe for any time after that. It made the swelling go down really hasty.
