I have presently symptoms of zinc overdose i hope I am not developing kidney failureIf i lug a chewable multivitamin beside 80% ofdaily amount of zinc consequently I filch a zinc pillwith 100% is that ok?
Why do you bring so much Zinc? I would talk to a doctor. Seriously citizens damage themselves regularly by taking too masses vitamins. It is not healthy, but I doubt that you are developing kidney downfall unless you have be doing this for an extraordinarily long amount of time.
Please provide more details, ie. what the total dose is in mg.
You shouldn't really pilfer more than 15mg zinc altogether. Although, you can actually buy a 25mg zinc tablet, so contained by theory you could filch up to 25mg a day. Zinc gluconate may be smaller amount well occupied than zinc citrate so you might not abosrb 25mg of zinc from the gluconate form as well as from impossible to tell apart amount from the citrate form. But to be honest with you, you shouldn't lift a zinc supplement for longer than a month without also taking copper (2mg copper) because they compete biochemically. You could expect to show signs of copper lesser amount if you take zinc long possession with no copper supplementation.
If you touch you are showing signs of zinc overdose then be in motion and see a doctor asap. Make sure you take the supplement information beside you and stop taking it in the meantime. Your condition is vital. Get some medical inference from a doctor if your symtoms are severe.
Best wishes.
Drink as much water as you can. Who told you that you are showing kidney disappointment? are you peeing alright? Then the kidney is still working. Taking a pill and a multivitamin for one time shouldn't hurt if zinc is in put somebody through the mill. Fat soluble vitamins (A,D,K,E) are different story. Only 3 of the Vitamin E pills can cause toxicity
That's too much you should cut down and consult your doctor
