Interesting Question. I am not sure where you can catch a massage where on earth you are totally nude. I can tell you that the sheet is used for privacy and respect for you and the hand. One or both of you may not be comfortable with you one completely exposed. That may be for many reason as it is strange for a person to want to be completely exposed. One may believe you are looking for more then a squeeze.
