how can I do this?I want to gain more freight but stay surrounded by shape at one and the same time?
Eat larger portions (or small portions, more often) of healthy, foods. Continue exercising. Muscle tissue is in actuality denser, and weighs more than stout tissue. Therefore you will remain fit, and gain weight.

Pilate's/ Yoga/ and Aerobics are for after you build up a few pounds.
Personally I don't like women who enjoy physique's of a flag pole. Girl has to hold muscle.

Do lots of sit ups and push ups, you stay skinny but you gain muscle which is weight.
