If I own depression and don't consistency approaching working out, should I force myself to do it anyway?

I usually run track for 45 minutes 3 days a week. Also I see a Psychologist for depression it's just that some days are worse than others. On unpromising days like today I enjoy zero zest. Any advice will be greatly appreciated : )If I own depression and don't consistency approaching working out, should I force myself to do it anyway?
You should certainly work out. DOING things and not just sitting almost all self held, can help hoist your burden. This is especially true of exercise: get that blood pressure up, that cardio flowin' and those endorphins released. It works for me, on "bad" days I especially "lately do it" and not just regard as about it. It usually produces the desired result: essentially elevated mood, euphoria and peace of mind. It does fail at times, but at smallest I didn't fail to exercise (try). Just do it.
most definately you should work out - these are the days you necessitate it the most - working out releases endorphines which help you attain into a better mood and give you life
well it depends

if it cheers u up/ boosts your heartiness then sure
i construe you should push your self and workout. I know that after i'm done working out i feel so moral about myself. It get me in a merry mood.
