and the sound be coming from my right knee. Why does it do that?I be kneel when I hear "pop" ...?
This could propose the gradual wearing down of the cartilage (the meniscus) that cushions the knee. The rough edges of micro-tears rubbing against respectively other can cause that jingle, as can minute pieces of cartilage that have broken away and are floating contained by the knee medication.
Although there is raison d`¨otre for concern, don't panic. If you're not experiencing discomfort, your knees aren't swollen and your mobility is not limited, monitor your situation for another week or two. If you touch pain or instability walking up or down stairs, surface like your knees is going to give out or lock, or grain like you can't straighten it, see an orthopedic surgeon fast.
my left knees pops and crackles constantly, what i have is call patellar tracking.
if its bothering u alot, go see a sports medication specialist.
look up patellar tracking on web md and see if u own the symptoms.
