Yes it is, because they are nowhere near respectively other in your throat. The uvula is that dangly entry at the top rear of your throat. Tonsils are folds of your pharynx/oesophagus tissue at the subsidise of your throat (pharynx), but they are below and behind your tongue. You could not typically see them unless you place a mirror at the back of your throat.
If this is something you've have all your vivacity, probably not bad. If this is something that have just occur recently and you own a sore throat, you should probably check with your doctor as your tonsils may be infected.
