Oh my..I HATE those things. Warm (almost hot) water put on it. I usually boil hose in a cup, so that when the towel starts to return with cool, i can just re-dip it within the hot water. Hope that help a little. Good luck!
heat up washclothes, and try not to touch it. if you are a girl, dont wear eyeliner or any eye makeup until its gone.
apply a warm compress (rag or bag) and dont touch it! The germs gets surrounded by there and make it worse. There is also an ointment you can buy call Stye. It costs about $8-$9, but it works to maintain the stye from coming all the agency in.
