I Need some warning, DOCTOR'S or MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ONLY PLEASE! How to twig oral fluid drug assessment

A coworker was call to give an oral fluid indication at work as a "random" drug test. They claim it be random, but the company have been trying to call off the employee after they have missed work for (Dr.'s documented/required) illness. The hand gave the token in the HR manager's department. 13 DAYS later they be notified that they tested pos. for methamphetamine(40ngs)amphetam... and 4 other drugs near smaller than cutoff level amounts showing, but distrustful on those drugs also. No chain of custody be given for this sample, and no explanation for down time it took. The results have no designation of any MRO anywhere on the page, (nor any other info on who conducted/handled this test) The employee requested the taster be retested, at the time of dismissal, by way of association grievance, (which was ignored) The grievance also inquired whether the company would adopt a hair follicle trial as reliable, (also ignored) Is it possible this person truly does not use drugs?I Need some warning, DOCTOR'S or MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS ONLY PLEASE! How to twig oral fluid drug assessment
bring an attorney , contact the labor baord somthin; fishy
yes it's always possible.
Not plausible that he doesn't use drugs. That test is pretty sensitive and employer usually use cheaper tests. They must enjoy really wanted to prove thier point or they be concerned about a u/a for some plea (like he had a history of tampering).
