I have need of some info something like ears and elevation...?

OK, it seems resembling every time I go anywhere that requires a transmutation of elevation, even if it's just a tiny mount, my ears really hurt until they pop. Or I get a unpromising headache. Do I just hold sensitive eardrums? Why does this happen to me? What can I do to back it? If anyone here has any cooperative tips or explanations, it would be greatly appriciated.I have need of some info something like ears and elevation...?
I have matching problem. It comes from having a shrink Eustachian Tube. The Eustachian Tube connects the inner ear to the sinuses and allows the air pressure within the inner ear to equalize with the outside nouns pressure.
Yawning helps depart the Eustachian Tube and will help near the pressure, as will chewing gum or sucking on a hard candy.
However, if you hold really bad issues beside equalizing (like I do) it helps to hold a Sudafed or other sinus medication before flying or traveling. The sinus medication shrink the mucus membranes in the sinuses and the Eustachian Tube helping to approachable the air passageway. When I saw the doctor about my condition he prescribed Flonase, which I also use.
I used to suck on a thorny candy when I flew. My ears would pop all the time and I agree, its not comfortable. Also, try to cause yourself yawn. Sounds funny but it can work sometimes.
If its really painful, I'd yak to your doctor. It may be something other than basically elevation that causes it.
The one and only thing I can serve you with is... chew gum - it'll pop your eardrums.
It happen because of the pressure difference. As you increase in altitude the outside nouns pressure decreases and the pressure within your ear is trying to equalize. Chewing gum helps me.
